Family Bridge™
The Family Bridge™* is an online tool developed to help families throughout the therapeutic placement process and transition from treatment to home, school, or work. This innovative bridge of information:
- serves as a communication pathway
- facilitates an assessment and learning process
- fosters social networking opportunities
Because ECS believes both in supporting families and purposefully planning for aftercare throughout the treatment process, we are including a one-year paid subscription to the Family Bridge™ for our new clients so they may take advantage of this valuable tool. By doing so, we hope to further enhance our ability to advise, guide and advocate for the families we serve.

During treatment, Family Bridge™ serves as an online communication tool between parents, professionals, and schools.
The Family Bridge™ also provides assessment and learning opportunities through self-administered assessments and a teaching curriculum developed specifically for parents of children and young adults in out-of-home treatment programs.
One of the most valuable features of Family Bridge™ is participating in a social network. Social networking allows families to integrate and draw upon their natural and professional support systems before, during, and after treatment.
Family Bridge™ enables and enhances:
- Case coordination and communication
- Parent assessment and education
- Social networking with family, friends and professionals
- Education for parents and children experiencing the phases of transition
